For customer service, I can give 5 stars: -courtesy -prompt assistance - prompt delivery For product, I can give 3 stars: - unit is easy to use - massage pads don't stick well after 4 usages. The small pads don't work at all since I purchased the unit. Only the large pads still stick well. -the intensity of the massage is not evenly when I use the wire with 4 pads connection and the wire with 2 pads: I don't feel anything or just a little bit with 4 wire connections.

I ordered the mini massager and I received it and it worked fine at first then it started shutting off. I contacted the customer service and she helped me by getting a replacement sent out. Good customer service
