Hi Rowena, I’m really sorry it’s taken us a while to reply to your review, and even more sorry for the disappointment you experienced with your order. We know how important it is for gifts to arrive on time, especially around the holidays, and we truly regret that we let you down. Last December, we faced unexpected factory delays that impacted many orders—including yours. We did our best to communicate through email updates, but it’s clear we missed the mark for you, and for that we sincerely apologize. We want to make this right. If there’s anything we can do, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re always here to help, and your feedback is helping us get better every day. Thank you for giving Tenikle a try, and again, I’m sorry for the frustration this caused.

Hi Sherri, Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear that Tenikle didn’t work as expected in your car. Just to clarify, Tenikle’s suction cups are designed to work best on smooth, non-porous surfaces (like glass, mirrors, or glossy dashboards). Many car interiors have textured or matte finishes, which can make it tough for the suction cups to grip securely. The good news is we offer a special adhesive sticker that lets you create a smooth spot anywhere you want to use your Tenikle—even on textured car dashboards! If you’d like to try one, just reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you get set up. Thank you again for your feedback—it truly helps us improve.

Hi there, I’m truly sorry for the long delays, missing items, and lack of communication you experienced with your order. At the start of the year, we faced unexpected factory delays and a huge influx of customer messages, which unfortunately slowed down both our shipping and our response times. That’s not the level of service we want for you, and we apologize for the frustration it caused. Tenikle’s suction cups work best on smooth, non-porous surfaces, and we also offer adhesive stickers to help with tricky spots. If there’s anything still unresolved, please email us at [email protected]—we’re here and ready to help. Thank you for your feedback. We’re working hard to improve and truly appreciate the chance to make things right.
