Tog lidt tid inden pakken kom

A very disappointing customer service. I've read many negative & shocking reviews about this online retail platform, but thought the people were exaggerating. Now, I realise they were being very fair in their feedback. After I paid USD 77 for 2 shirts which happened to be very small due to its non-standard cut, they refused to exchange it for me with a larger size and instead they offered me USD 3 as a compensation. Can you imagine that? This is not only unprofessional but also humiliating. Just as a note, despite their refund policy as outlined on their website, they never comply with it. Trust me, you MUST avoid dealing with "tenderplanets.com".

Company sent three linen shirts which when measured were all the wrong size (did not match the advertised description for XL) and were also different in design to each other , some had cuffs others didn't. When i emailed and asked for the address to return the products for my refund as per their Returns Policy on the website, they refused to give it and offered $10usd compensation. Multiple emails later they still refuse to allow me to refund and return. "We can refund you 10 USD as compensation for this situation. Which is the maximum that we can compensate. Please advise." They are sub quality Crooks

This company is a scam. I ordered xl shirt. It arrived after 2 weeks but it is extremely poor quality. The shirt is not stretchy. And the sizing is extremely small. They will not give an option to return for refund. They ignore all requests and reply they will inform the manufacturer of my dissatisfaction with the product. Stay away from this company.

I bought my t-shirt,it's great!

I got everything I was hoping for in this shirt! It looks good and feels good! The water repelling is also no lie.
