After the request to delete an order due to an overcharged price in respect of what confirmed on the site (placed within 3 minutes since the purchase), vendor kept loosing time and not answering. After contacting PayPal, vendor limited his answer to the order track number. Legit fraud, thanks to PayPal support i'm getting a refound. Don't buy anything from these shop. Price: 24.99$ Charged: 48.99$

Slechte kwaliteit Screenprotector besteld. Bij 40 euro af moeten rekenen en het ding zou 'self aligning' moeten zijn. Maar omdat de case waar je hem in moet leggen van heel goedkoop flubber plastic is, komt de screenprotector er vanzelf scheef op te zitten als je de 'dust remover' er onderuit trekt.

don't buy their screen protectors. what you think you are buying is totally different to what you receive. No instructions where included either. Also take into account when paying, it may show the currency for your country but you will pay the exchange rate for USA, which means you pay more than expected.

Bought a screen protector for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Was sent something in plastic packaging with no instructions or receipt of order. Had to search online to find any kind of instructions. What I found was a series of four photos, indicating how the screen protector is supposed to be attached to my phone. The first instructions states to put the case on the phone. Then, pull the dust cover tab. However, that’s the problem. It’s not clear what the dust cover tab is nor can any of the tabs that are on the screen protector be long enough to actually pull them. I sent Support three emails requesting a video showing how the protector could be attached to the phone screen. I explained that the photos that I saw didn’t show what was supposed to be pulled, nor could it actually be grabbed. In the first email they sent me back a photo of the instructions that I already told them didn’t help. In the second email, they said we’re sorry that you want a refund. We will give you two dollars. After the third time I asked for a video again, they sent me the four useless pictures they’d already sent me in the first email after I’d already told them they didn’t help and could I please have a video. Update to comment on the reply by Zoe: Zoe, I’ve already contacted Support, now more than three times. Still no video instructions and now an offer of a $5 refund.
