Why it says my account has been locked my Experian ?? I paid for background check

Hi Hadassah -- I'm really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. 1. First of all, we have a no questions asked refund policy. So if you email our support team ([email protected]), we can get that refunded for you if you'd like. 2. Experian credit profile locks are unfortunately outside of our control. The 3 major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) allow consumers (individuals like you or me) to "lock" their credit profile. This is a safety measure to make it so that your credit report can only be accessed with YOUR permission. That means that if Tenant Report or any other service tries to pull the credit, they will give the vendor a message that the profile has been locked. Locking and unlocking the credit profile can only be done by the person who the credit profile is for (you, in this case). Please email us directly and we can refund you if you'd like or help you to get that resolved if still want to retrieve that tenant screening report.

The report they provide are inaccurate.

Hi! Bummer you've had a bad experience -- however, I believe this review is intended for another site due to several details in the review. 1. Our site is tenantreport.NET, and we do not own, nor are we affiliated with tenantreport.COM. 2. There is no menu for ordering -- we have only ONE option on the entire site 3. As a result, we also only have ONE price, which is $30, for a comprehensive screening report provided by TransUnion MySmartMove (again, the only option) I'm very sorry to hear that this customer had a bad experience. If a negative experience did occur with us, we would be thrilled to help resolve it.

This is my first experience with Tenant Report
This is my first experience with Tenant Report as an agent and it was a very pleasant result . Their report on the tenant was returned quickly and it was very complete . Very complete and helpful. Will definetely continue to use them in the future.
