Vivi Cap really works for me and makes me feel secure about the quality status of my insulin pen. I don’t worry any longer about traveling in varying temperature environments and it makes my pen really safe from breakage as well with its sturdy cap/cover. Delivery is fast considering the distance between the US and the Philippines plus I get tracking information regularly which makes me feel secure about my purchase. Customer Service was also very responsive. I just ordered another Vibi cap for my standby rescue insulin just to ensure i am protected. At first I doubted if I was ordering from a legitimate source. This is really a lifesaver. I went on a cruise. Had to take planes, and I could not have done it without TempraMed. The Vivi gives you the assurance you need to have. You can take it anywhere. It's TSA approved, so no worries about taking it on a plane. I take 2 insulin, so I have 2!

Great customer service I ordered two pens and was very excited to use them as I travel a lot and this was a good way to travel with them. Fortunately for me I no longer need to use insulin. As I had only just received them and hadn't used them, the company were very understanding in me returning them and refunded me in full. Their customer service support was outstanding and this is always a good indication of how good a company is.

It let's me know it's safe to use. I didn't trust having my insulin out all day.didnt know it could go bad, I am now able to carry it with me with no fear of going bad and I not know it. I absolutely love my VIVI caps! They have taken all of the stress and worry out of keeping my long and rapid insulin safe no matter where I am or what we are doing. I have had them for a year. They have kept my insulin safe in below freezing temperatures on the mountains of Colorado in the winter as well as scorching hot (110 plus) temperatures during the summer in Texas and Oklahoma. I recently bought 2 more so I can take extra insulin on long trips. I love the new design with the clear caps! It is a great improvement on an already wonderful product. I also love how easily they fit into my small crossover bag, purse or backpack. Thanks for giving me the freedom to go anyway and participate in all kinds of outdoor activities without worrying about whether I will ruin my insulin pens.
