I ordered Tempo, but ran out of money. I told them that I couldn't afford it. Then I saw that the order was processed when I had more money. I called again and asked them to cancel my plan. I woman told me that future shipments wouldn't be sent, but she said that even though it hadn't been shipped, they were sending it anyway. I paid way too much for 5 little meals that were tasteless and didn't look edible. I fed one to my dogs, but I threw the others away.. I love all animals, even a few of the human ones. I didn't want to poison them. As ave your money. I am.

Terrible service, was given 30 minute window to select my orders and then I was immediately charged and it was sent to my billing address 8 hours away. Customer service was poor and only offered 50% off my next order.

I ordered from Tempo twice. Both times, the meals arrived in such disarray that I could use them. The cartons had obviously been man-handled. The meals were badly jumbled inside the shipping carton, and the meals had broken open and there was food everywhere. However, Customer Service was great. The were responsive, polite, and issued immediate refunds both times.

I looked into the meals they offer and a month later they just sent me a box without me choosing anything (including food I can't eat). And I'm being forced to pay for it. Their food isn't worth $5, much less $15. When I called to complain the customer service rep smirked as though I should have read the fine print. What kind of business model tricks customers into using their weekly subscription...once? I would not have ordered this food, I didn't order it, and do not recommend doing any business with this company.

I experienced the same thing Sandy H. What a scam. Ask for your credit card and then charge you for meals you never ordered and then somehow say you did order them through their terms of service you never really had a chance to read. Food: I've had better tasting microwave meals from the supermarket. Will never use this company or any other meal service. I DID NOTICE ZERO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MY CONCERNS OR THOSE WHO HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES.

I had a horrible delivery experience with Tempo Meals this week. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Around 8 pm, I was notified that the package had been assigned a driver and delivery window. This delivery window was from 11:59 PM to 2:59 AM. Obviously, that is a completely unacceptable time period to receive cold food. I was not able to receive my delivery in the middle of the night, so it would have had to sit outside all night. Thankfully, I was able to prevent the shipping company, Veho, from delivering the meals, but since they are not kept refrigerated at their shipping facility, the meals have gone bad anyway. I contacted Home Chef customer service who did try to help, but all they did was refund me the amount I paid. That does not make up for the amount of time I have spent dealing with this nor the fact that I now will not have meals for the week. I am extremely disappointed and am highly considering taking my business to another meal delivery service since Tempo meals obviously is not reliable.

This company forces you to add your credit card before you can review the meals available. The meals did not work for me so I cancelled immediately. The next day I was looking at my credit card app and saw I was charged $95.79 and I called them. They told me that even though I cancelled immediately, the fine print terms and conditions allows them to charge me for a week. The email I received shows a charge of $83.88 that included delivery but my credit card was charged $95.79. This is a complete scam and I want my money returned!!

Regrettably, I never had a chance to try their food as it was delivered to Texas. I'm in Michigan. We were not able to come to an agreeable solution, so I cancelled my program before it even started; thus, I've never tried their food. But I hope the folks in Texas found it edible.
