It was easy to order from the website and I trial confirmation was received by email with a phone call to confirm. Which I thought was great! I would have liked a status update email because I reached thinking too much time had passed (I know there was a production time window).it’s great to call a company and get a person right away these days, so very helpful!

Everything seemingly was smooth except for the 10% discount code reception. I joined email notification system, but could not find the code to get my 10% discount. Love the pillow, lives up to expectations. Adjustable, comfortable, cool. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because one of the zippers doesn’t work, thus making it hard to remove excess filler.
