They will steal your money period! I spoke to a agent and it is what it is. Temi took 254. Out of my account I called right away. Temu refund all funds yet Temu decided to keep 20 bc of some kind of transaction called bull shit!

I order something & later they tell me that it’s out of stock. Then they give something that I don’t want. Some items don’t work I ordered an item that the light did not work. They gave something items for 1cent but never received them when they can’t I just want money credited back to my card! I’m finished buying anything from Temu

Jeg har købt varer ved temu flere gange. Det gør jeg helt sikkert ikke mere. Jeg har fortalt en sælger ved temu (nicolai), at grunden til de varer jeg køber er nødt til at blive leveret hjemme hvor jeg bor, er fordi jeg er blevet opereret for 4 brud I min højre fod. Derfor kan jeg ikke gå ud efter varer. Så fik jeg at vide det ikke var noget problem at aflevere varerne på min adresse, det ville de gerne gøre, så det kunne jeg godt forvente. Det er så desværre ikke sket. Når jeg bestiller varer, får jeg en besked om jeg skal hente varerne ved spar købmanden. Det kan jeg ikke, men det er de (temu) ligeglade med. Så nu bliver de varer jeg har bestilt, sendt retur til temu, men så går der 14 dage før jeg får mine penge sat ind på min bankkonto. Det er simpelthen får dårligt, og virkelig ingen kundeservice. Så jeg handler helt sikkert ikke ved temu igen, og vil også advare andre mod at handle med dem. For man mister helt sikkert sine penge ved at gøre det.

I've been using Temi for years--and up to the last couple of recent transcriptions, I've been satisfied. Not so with the last couple. Because there are always some mispronounced words, it is pretty common for me to work the transcript while occasionally listening to a specific part of the recording for a word or short phrase. Not so with the last couple of transcripts. It missed major parts of sentences that were clearly annunciated and identifiable when I listened to the recording. Accuracy was highly affected. The back and forth between transcript and listening significantly slowed me down. In short, I did not trust the transcription. I'll give it a few more shots--but if what I experienced in this last transcript is an indication of where the program is headed, it won't be too long before I find a better option.

The lidar on the machine broke in 375 days. This causes a loud clicking sound which sounds like the Predator. It’s untenable for daily use now. I called and emailed and they responded one question at a time for two weeks to the point of trying to get me to pay for an upgrade and then radio silence. what a joke!

Horrible. I have been using for over a year - every day. The service is no better than any other and AFTER I checked my account they had more than doubled the fee - use any other service but this one.

Four days ago I uploaded a file to Temi.com. While doing so I also chatted with a Temi representative online. This was a file Temi would do for free to entice me to use it on an ongoing basis. The file loaded and I waited. An hour in, I went back to chat and asked about my file. The rep and I confirmed my email address again. Five hours in, I went to chat and asked for my file. This time the rep said maybe we have the wrong email address for you. I confirmed the email address again. A day later, I asked where the transcript was sent and got no response. Now it is four days later and nothing. Transcription is time-sensitive for the most part. Temi doesn't answer the phone, it goes to voicemail. When you write Temi, the company says it will get back to you in several hours or a day or so. What? Honestly, I have no idea what this company thinks it is doing. I will try again tomorrow.

It was completely unusable. Waste of time and money. I will not be using this service again.
