Pathetic delivery performance. Ordered first thing on Monday morning EST and it arrived late afternoon on Thursday. Your $22 initial fee was bullshit and your shipping fee was theft. I'll NEVER use you again. ADDITIONAL: After TelyRx's response... they have NOT refunded any money and they expect you to pay their 'Doctor' to tick a box and claim it's a legitimate fee. If you go for a tire change do you have to pay the guy at the register? No. They charged me for 2-day shipping and didn't even fill the order for 36 hours, lied about a refund, and charged a fee to... what? Pay their own employee? TelyRx is a scam outfit. AVOID!

Hi Richard, We are sorry that your order was delayed. We do understand how frustrating that can be especially when you paid to have it delivered in 2 days. We have refunded you the difference in shipping fee. As for the provider fee, the initial fee is the cost the doctor charges to review the information you submit under oath as part of your asynchronous telehealth visit, which, along with the demographics information you provide, will be reviewed by the doctor to determine if a prescription is appropriate for you. If it is, the doctor will issue a prescription. If, and only if, a prescription is issued, then the transaction is completed, and the patient is charged. if you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to us at 1800-878-1660. I always get reminder emails a few days prior to my prescription being filled so there is no surprises on bank statements. Anytime I ask for paperwork for my FSA without question, I’ll have an email within minutes with exactly what I asked for and /or needed without knowing I might need it. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and emails. TelyRx is great use them, you won’t be disappointed.
