I’m very disappointed because this is my second order with this company and they gave me a coupon to use for a discount and the discount didn’t even work like really did not like the false advertisement of the coupons and could not use it on my second order

Good afternoon, We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns and apologize that this was your experience with us. Our goal is always to provide transparent pricing and reliable service, so we truly regret that the coupon didn’t apply to your second order. Some promotional codes do have restrictions, but we understand that this should be clearly communicated up front to avoid confusion. Our Customer Experience Team is always willing to help with any issues that arise and would have been more than happy to give you an alternative code to use. Please feel free to contact our team at 800-878-1660, we look forward to making this right for you.
