Tried to reorder a prescription, it is valid for 1 year. Paid $20 for the first consultation fee. I wanted to reorder the same prescription, and they won't refill unless I pay another $20 for the doctor to allow the refill. Nowhere on the initial order and questionnaire do they tell you this. The service representative said it is under FAQ. Bad bait and switch.

Our Customer Experience Team is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have and sincerely apologize if our answer was not thorough enough. While prescriptions are valid for a year from the written date, the number of refills that are issued with a prescription, if any, are under the discretion of the doctor who issued the prescription. We pride ourselves on being a convenient and compliant way to get the medications you need. Although we understand patients may not want an additional doctor consultation, the law requires that we have a valid prescription. Many prescriptions we receive are issued with refills, but it depends on the doctor, the medication, and the individual patient.
