Same issue as many people. When ordered I was told that refills were every 30 days and that the prescription was good for a year. When I went to order my refill it showed that the prescription had been cancelled and I would have to go through the process again with the $22 prescriber fee. Apparently it is in the fine print. I don’t need a response from the company. I would recommend avoiding them. They are scammers.

If you would be kind enough to send us an email or call us, we will be happy to solve this for you. We wanted to explain a couple of details from your review. When you select the automatic refill option, you are requesting to receive any refills that you are authorized to be sent automatically. We understand that the initial email may cause some confusion in regards to the automatic refills, and we have since updated our email template to make the information more clear from our side. The number of refills issued is at the discretion of the provider based in their. clinical judgement. Unfortunately, as a pharmacy, TelyRx has no control over how many refills you are provided. We are happy to request additional refills for you. We have a refill button on the website that allows you to request a manual refill. We are working to refine the language associated with this button, as following those prompts leads to a request for a refill. We only process the refill if there are refills remaining, if there are not refills remaining then a new prescription is required. We understand this can cause some confusion and are working to update the language there for clarity. All in all, if you're willing to give us a call or email us back, we will be happy to come up with a unique situation for you.
