This is the best online prescription company. I am so grateful for them. The medicine arrives exactly when they say it will arrive and is always what I have ordered. I have placed orders for over a year now and I am never disappointed. I am grateful this company exists.

Hi Carlos, We are very sorry that you experienced a delay in your shipment. We can absolutely sympathize with you when shipping expectations are not met. While efficiency is a top priority for us, there are factors beyond our control, including carrier-related issues, that can sometimes cause delays. We take great pride in the work we do to ensure that you receive your medication in a timely manner. It goes against our principles when our patients are not able to receive the care they need, when they need it. We did try to reach out to you but was not able to leave a message. We will follow up with an email. In the mean time, please contact us at 1-800-878-1660. We most definitely want to help you. We thank you for trusting us and keeping us informed. The Tely Team.

This company is amazing. I save time, hassle and money when I use TelyRx. With a high insurance deductible I pay a $300 drs visit with my PCP just to keep getting my prescriptions that I've been on for years. With TelyRx, I select my monthly medicine; dosage and quantity. Pay for the medicine and a $22 dr visit fee. A few hours later the dr has approved it and poof! Its in the mail next day. Only 1 time did I have a problem and that was with UPS and their shipping. When I notified TelyRx they apologized and even refunded me the 2 day shipping I paid for but didnt get (because of UPS.) Thank you TelyRx and Dr Phillip Ulyanovskiy!
