I am very pleased with this service
I am very pleased with this service. I thought for sure it would be more than a week before i got the medication. I usually have to go pick it up at a pharmacy, but it was quickly approved and came in the mail promptly. I am very satisfied.

Costs up way to high for meds
Had ordered med for bp. Was chgd dr fee of 22.00 as it was a new prescription. Plus 9.99 shipping. Total was 56.98 for med. It came in 2 days and I noticed no refills! So ea month I have to pay 56.98 for this while my other meds had refills! Seems like it is a money making business and charges alot for meds that come out of your own pocket! Very disappointed! They weren't like this a year ago. I'm finding another pharmacy to get my meds!!

Hi Colene, We do understand how frustrating it can be when you need to pay a provider fee every month to get your prescription. Unfortunately, The number of refills approved is up to the discretion of the independent provider who reviews your request. Part of the H&P Certification that you agree to for any prescription request involves agreeing that you understand this is a supplemental mode of care for your convenience and the Telehealth Providers are not to be used, or relied on, as a replacement for in-person follow-up visits or interactions with your primary provider. Great experience easy and quick approval my order was delayed a bit due to weather but TelyRx assisted me with tracking and I got it a day later. Thank you and highly recommended!!!!
