Telyrx was great the first few times I ordered at the beginning of the year. However, later in the year there has been lack of communication, refills, unrequested, sent to me, yet other refill or new orders were never received. Good communication and reliability of service are important. I no longer see this at Telyrx

Only problem which is a serious problem is even when you pay for 2 day shipping and specify in an email before order goes out you only want FedEx / UPS you are sometimes still ignored and they send USPS which is not good at all in some areas. I have prescriptions for what I order but stopped using the pharmacy in hospital as they ship USPS , this co even though asked them not to in last 2 orders have done same so that was it went back to using the hospital pharmacy . Other then that real meds so that is good but their shipping dept no longer what used to be.

I no longer take that dose of med and I can not cancel it on your website so I am being charged for a medication I can not take

Hi Kristen, We apologize for the oversight. Your order was enrolled in automatic refill, but we see that you were able to connect with a customer service agent and have the order canceled. You were not charged for the order. An authorization hold was placed temporarily, but it was not an actual charge and will be released according to your bank’s processing time. Wonderful service! A bit pricey for your meds, but you do save a lot of money and time by not having to visit your doctors office in person! (They also have a lot of sales.) 😊 Highly recommend TelyRx 👍👍
