Their customer service is amazing. I have asked their team for help several times and they have been very helpful even when it is question about my pbx that they are not part of. It is great to have a provider that is will to help even when they don't have to.

5 stars for me, very important something I noticed that could seem negative but it's not: they have rules and strict procedures, and might be more difficult to implement than other Voice APIs but these rules are actually for the good of your account: protecting you from overspend, hacking, or costly misuse of the numbers.

We've had an account with them for quite a while, and enjoy it! Every time a SIP trunk issue comes up, I can get on, take a look at the issue, and then reach out to their support team via chat. They usually respond quite quickly! The only drawback is I can't put in multiple differing credit cards for different bill accounts. Not that big of a deal though, as their customer service is awesome!

Am From India. And My Users are from India. Am Using Storage Service from Telnyx was Very Very Good. Am Impressed Mainly Free Egress without condtions plus daily billing. I Stored around 6Tb Data and my egress was going 3x of storage daily. First i tried us-west. It was very slow to indian users. after few days tried central and Us-east. Then my Users getting good speed always. Am Surely saying 1000% Telnyx was better than wasbi. Firstly i tried wasabi. They not given public access with premium also. In wasbi Free Egress also many conditions and if you upload even 1gb also fixed amount 6.99$. So I leaved from wasabi. Before going using telnxy storage fully, You Must Verfiy Your Identify. Just Try it, Enjoy Free Egressperience.

telnyx provide really good help regarding api and it's very simple

What I Liked: Telnyx offers impressive features that really make it stand out. The call quality is top-notch, even for international calls, and the SMS services work reliably. The platform's pricing is much more affordable than some competitors, which is a huge plus, especially for a small business like mine. I also love how flexible their APIs are — they’ve made it possible to easily integrate Telnyx into our existing systems without too much hassle. Another bonus is the ability to get virtual numbers from multiple countries, which has been super helpful for expanding our customer base. What Could Be Better: That said, there are a few downsides. The interface can be a bit tricky to navigate, especially for someone who isn’t very technical. It took some time to figure out how to set up certain features, and the documentation, while detailed, can be overwhelming. The setup for SMS messaging, in particular, was more complex than I anticipated.
