SO GREAT Great pricing Great service Even great support!!!

It all started when I needed an API telephony service that supports SIP trunking as an individual. It took me some time, but I made my choice! To make a long story short, I had a non-standard situation due to an unusual Polish passport of a foreigner, so I couldn't pass verification in their automatic verification service, however I compared competitors again and came to the conclusion that Telnyx was what I needed. I contacted their technical support and they responded immediately and then verified my account in less than 12 hours, super! At this point, I am very happy that they maintain this level of service as well as pricing.

Initially, I struggled for quite some time with several other team members, as they weren’t able to provide the support I needed. However, once Karl stepped in, everything changed—he was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. Karl is a real asset to the company! The services themselves are top-notch.
