I would recommend utilizing our abuse reporting that connects directly to our fraud team so we can dive into the call example and stop this behavior indefinitely on the platform. https://telnyx.com/report-abuse Telnyx is a self-service platform where users can sign up, create an account and start sending/receiving calls. This behavior described in your review was conducted by one of our users and we are here to help pinpoint that user and ensure you are not called by them again and stop this behavior once and for all. Hi Alejando, My name is Mark Morse on the Customer Success team here at Telnyx. To provide more context regarding your account getting blocked, it was blocked for direct violation of our AUP for using inbound messaging for OTP. This is not a use case we allow on our platform due to the high volume of fraud that occurs in the industry with this type of use case. Regarding your refund request, immediately after suspending your account, we issued a $1.87 credit back to your payment method on file to ensure the money you put on your Telnyx account was given back to you.
