I had a horrible experience with this company, Thank god that we have not used their service for our production, we signed up and tested the account by calling to my phone, then i got a message that our account is blocked. I contacted their customer care, and they instructed me to provide all my verification and company documents. After multiple days no revert, and i had to open another ticket. Then i got a revert that i have violated their usage policy. But they cannot specify which usage policy i have violated. The worst part is i have looped in their senior officials to look into the matter but no email reply. I also run a company. Interns basically take care of customers. You will never be intimated when your account will get blocked.

Very unprofessional and worst experience. Done everything with the guidance of customer support but their support is not for help they are for more trouble. Done kyc as Customer support told me to do and everything ban without any reason. also worst kyc implementation

Unable to signup . They blocked my account immediately when I attempted to verify via email. And after that they said they are not accepting signup requests from pakistan. This is what, I wasted my hours on it

There a spam company. Unwanted calls is their bread and butter.

Worst support experience. Hard to get an response from support. They mostly return phone calls or emails with auto-responders. Once you finally get a response they keep asking for the same information over and over. For a company that portrays itself as telecommunications leader I expect better a lot better!

Support from this company is a joke !!!!!! seems like answers from them are robot or AI created. It makes no real effort to solve an account blocking problem which triggered by their stupid KYC verification flow !!!

Scam. And I was stupid enough to fall for it even though I read the negative reviews here. I created a business account for our company, ordered a phone number, verified my identity via Onfido and submitted all the verification documents they asked for. They charged us for the services and few hours later blocked our account during the verification process without any reason and without returning the money. Edit: even if they may have blocked us by accident, deleting our account without any previous warning is a terrible approach. The consequences for our customers and our business would be huge if we implemented Telnyx as part of our processes. If this company is not scam (which I'm still not sure about), then it is definitely a product to avoid at all costs.

I passed verification on Telyx, configured the API and successfully used it. Until at some point they simply blocked my account and along with it 40 rented numbers to which I have important information linked. There is also a deposit of $70 left on the account. Support doesn't respond or say anything. Scam service.
