SCAM ALERT-They claim .005 a min
SCAM ALERT-They claim .005 a min, but 95% of all the nation is at .07 a min or 7 cents a min. They lie about it when you chat or call them, just down load the rates sheet and pull the costs in the USA. It's ridiculous to be so dishonest about the service. No business owner should work with this company if they do any outbound sales. RIP OFF REPORT I will be reporting this to the FTC for an investigation. Please Download the rate sheet and you will see for yourself the rates they claim that most of the USA is .005 but its not true. 15667-Areas or Zones are 7 Cents a min. 315-Areas or Zones are .005 Cents a min. We did a few test calls and our average was over 4 cents a min. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....FAST

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Telnyx, all pricing is fully transparent and publicly available at all times. You can view it in your portal under the Pricing → Voice tab, as well as directly on our website via the links below: https://portal.telnyx.com/#/pricing/voice https://telnyx.com/pricing/elastic-sip The rate on our website of $0.005/minute reflects the starting price where our website specifically states "Local Calls Starting at $0.005 per minute" where the full global price sheet is available for download with the other rates (https://telnyx.com/pricing/elastic-sip). Outbound call costs in the U.S. vary by LRN (Local Routing Number), and different LRNs are associated with different carrier costs. Because of this, some destinations bill at the starting rate while others—particularly rural or high-cost areas—bill at higher rates. The rate sheet you referenced includes the full breakdown of these LRN-based zones. This same sheet is available publicly on our website (https://telnyx.com/pricing/elastic-sip) and in your portal (https://portal.telnyx.com/#/pricing/voice) for full transparency. If your test calls averaged around $0.04/minute, they were likely routed to higher-cost LRNs. To avoid surprises in the future, you can use our LRN Lookup tool before placing a call to see exactly which LRN a number belongs to and match it to the corresponding rate on the price sheet. More details on how to do this can be found here: https://support.telnyx.com/en/articles/5073043-the-rate-sheet-and-lrn-explained Thanks again for your feedback — we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
