Telestial Inc.Reviews of telestial.com

I just purchased my second Telestial phone. I got the economy eKit pack and it's perfect. I'm not looking for a smart phone or web surfing abilities. I just want to be able to be reached in case of an emergency and, for this trip, to be able to reach my traveling partner if we split up. The first one was great in France and the UK in the past. That one and the new one will come to Ireland. The basic shipping ($13,90) seemed excessive. The Frommer's coupon helped.

I ordered my rental phone and it arrived as ordered on the day it was supposed to. Setting it up has been a breeze. I don't leave until next week, but I have confidence that all will go well. I'll be back to follow up after my trip!

I needed to order 2 phones for my upcoming trip abroad. I was trying to order through a partner website but just couldn't see how to order more than one phone at a time. I didn't want to have to pay shipping twice (cost was almost as much as the phone and sim package itself) so I called Telestial. They told me I could order from there website directly and add more than one product to my cart - this way, I would only have to pay shipping once. Well, that is exactly what I did and they came well before my trip in one tidy package. I haven't used them yet so I can't exactly give 5 stars, but I am glad to have them in case of emergencies.

I contacted Telestial prior to purchasing my phone and SIM card. They responded quickly (same day!) and answered all of my questions honestly. That is why I purchased the phone and SIM card I will use in the UK from Telestial. The phone arrived quickly and the SIM card was relatively easy to put in.

Great Product. It is a good way to keep in touch with friends while you are travelling. The US number makes easier for people wants to contact me.

phone and service seems to work as advertised. fast shipping. reasonable rates

Before I ordered the SIM card I sent couple of emails and called customer service couple of times. Emails were replied in 24 hours and customer service experience was very pleasant. Once I received the card I immediately tested it. It worked like a charm in my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and iPhone 5S. It did not want to work on both of my iPhone 4S, even though Verizon told me my 4S'es were SIM unlocked. It is not a big deal, but I heard those SIMs should work on 4S. Maybe there is something peculiar with Verizon network then? Anyway, I was able to make and receive calls in US no problems. The real test will be once I go to the Europe (Italy, France and Great Britain) next month. I will share my experience then.

Great service desk. Very helpful and patient in setting up the the account and answering technical issues. I will up my rating to five stars after I see how the SIM cards perform in the UK and Russia. I have a good feeling from my experience so far.
