I just ordered my second U.K. SIM card. My original SIM card still works well however the old cell phone does not! I had it since before smart phones were common. I've ordered a new SIM micro for my new smart phone. The new order was easy to process and I received the order within a few short days. From my experience over the years with the old SIM card and Telestial, I know that service is very good. Whenever I called for support, I was helped thoroughly, and the SIM card worked well when traveling. I have no doubts that I will experience the same great experience with my new SIM card and service. Thank you Telestial!

I am using Telestial for several years. My last SIM card for EU expired and I decided to purchase another one. The service rep explained everything perfectly well in order for me to make a decision. The card arrived as promised in a few days. I called Telestial customer sevice just to clarify some things and rep was very helpful. Everything works. I am happy.

Going to Italy and needed a contact method. Haven't used the phone yet, but seems easy enough. Phone is basic but everything one would need. Good value. Customer service has been very helpful - I have had many questions because I am not that experienced in this new technology. Would recommend.

Telestial made the process of securing 2 economy pack phone for our trip to France very easy. The website is easy to navigate and does a great job of explaining how the GSM phones would operate and the charges that would be incurred. Going to Europe always means lots of time consuming details,etc. to attend to, but getting GSM phones from Telestial is not one of them. And the order came on time as promised.

Bought a SIM card for use in UK and Turkey. Very easy transaction with the card and instructions arriving promptly. Just popped the SIM card in my Galaxy and was up and running. Got both a US and a UK number. Cool.
