Their website is very user friendly and the customer service is extremely helpful in answering any questions that you have. I used them for a SIM card for a previous trip to Europe 3 years ago and ordered from them again for my next trip. This time getting a additional phone and SIM so I can stay connected with my family as we travel through Europe. I received the phone and SIM cards promptly and set them both up very easily. I can not wait for my trip and now I feel safer knowing I can call anyone anytime using my Telestial phones!

I just got my telestial phone in the mail, and I can't wait to use it starting next week when I leave for Europe! I got the Economy pack, and it was the best offer I found after looking through a bunch of websites. I called with a list of questions, and the woman was kind and knowledgeable about my options. My parents are relieved that they'll be able to get in touch with me without paying insane amounts, so this phone is going to make my life easier by putting then at ease! And the rates are excellent. I can actually talk to people back home at a reasonable cost, and people I meet in Europe can call me for free!

I ordered Economy pack: phone and sim card. Super price! Got it in 2 days with regular shiping! Used it right away in US. Worked great. Going to China in 1 week hope it will be as easy as in US.

Ordering the card was easy as was setup. When I had an issue, I called Customer Service and was helped immediately.

Easy to order, quick delivery, very simple installation/instruction. Tested it for USA then the for Rest of the World - connection was good. Will be using it in Europe next month.
