This company does not stick to their…
This has probably been one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. When I first reached out to Telegenix at the end of June, everything seemed great. The initial consultation went really well, the salesperson was awesome, and I honestly thought I had found a good company to work with. I felt good enough about it that I went ahead and paid for an entire year upfront. After getting my blood work done and everything submitted, it took almost a month just to get my first prescription. Every time I reached out, I was told there was some kind of issue with the pharmacy. Nobody could really give me a straight answer about what was going on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it was just a one-time issue. Well, here we are in the middle of October, and I’m dealing with the exact same thing again. I ran out of my medication at the beginning of October, and I’ve been getting the runaround ever since. One day I’m told they’re going to overnight my prescription, and the next day there’s suddenly another issue with it. It’s always something, and nobody seems to know what’s going on. After dealing with this for months, I finally decided I’d had enough and requested to cancel and get my money back. Now they’re telling me they’re only willing to refund half of what I paid, even though I paid for an entire year and have only gotten about two months of actual treatment. I don’t see how that’s fair at all. I paid for a service that I expected to receive, and they’ve failed to deliver on multiple occasions. When you’re dealing with someone’s medication, especially something that needs to be taken consistently, you can’t just keep giving people the runaround. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The sales process was great, but once they had my money, my experience was completely different. I’m also going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I don’t believe I should have to lose half of what I paid when the company hasn’t held up its end of the deal. If you’re considering using Telegenix, especially paying for a year upfront, I’d seriously think twice. I wish someone had warned me before I signed up.
