I made the appointment for ADD. I typically use Google calendar, add appointments there and keep my appointments. I missed my first appointment. It was a few weeks out from when I first scheduled and I simply forgot. I usually receive appointment reminders, check my calendar and find that the appointment is already there. With this appointment, I did not receive any communication from the office after I booked the appointment and gave them my insurance AND credit card information. As a remote service treating people with ADD sending reminder emails, like every other service that uses digital means to set the appointment, would improve things for patients.

We send appointment reminders to all of our patients in the form of email, text message, and phone calls. Please give us a call at 888-903-5505 so we can discuss this further.

They were unable to properly verify my insurance benefits. The team was not proactive at communicating any issues. I have been forced to call multiple times to try and resolve the billing issue. They are now no longer responding to emails or helping me get the appropriate paperwork so that I can properly file a claim with my insurance company. They never filed a claim and just charged me directly and won’t help resolve the issue. Feels like a scam organization looking to just charge clients full price and lie about using my insurance.

Unfortunately, checking elibility for insurance is not always the easiest process. We always try our best to get it right for patients but errors can happen and sometimes that can be on the insurance's end. We are sorry you had an issue with this as we always strive to make sure patients do not have out of pocket costs and know what their costs are before an appointment. However we always recommend that patients also check with their plans as well for double verificiation to minimize the chances of a problem.

blew up my phone to make an appointment only to find out days later that they didn't even take my insurance

We do check elibility to make sure that you can see your doctor without having to pay out of pocket. Unfortunately we do not accept every insurance available.

I will never use or recommend this service. Ever. Within two hours of an email saying I was "accepted" and should follow the provided instructions to schedule an appointment, I was called by a rep to schedule an appointment. It was a work day and I was working. I could not follow the email instructions while I was in meetings! And I certainly did not appreciate getting a phone call. This "service" seems to care much more about its income than about the needs of people who try to use it. Update: As to the "reply" this review received ... the service *did* contact me by email, but was so impatient that it contacted me by phone just two hours later. The second contact was unnecessary, intrusive, and very pushy. I stand by my initial review.

Yes we do need to contact you in order to schedule an appointment. It is our duty to respond to patients who are asking for appointments to make sure that patients are taken care of in a timely fashion. If you have any further questions, feel free to give us a call at 888-903- 5505. Response: Many patients miss emails so we always followup with a text message as well. Furthermore many times, patient are missing vital information prior to an appointment so we do need to try and get you on the phone as well for additional information. We would rather err on the side providing every opportunity to those who are struggling with their mental health to get access to an appointment and we pride ourselves on taking care of each new patient appointment request as expeditiously as possible. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration. Have a great day!

We do our best to make sure that we contact patients who are seeking services via text message and email so that we can assure that our prospective patients get access to care as quickly as possible. We apologize if this was excessive for you (emails and text message).

A terrible experience. I talked to a representative whom “helped” to schedule an appointment. I filled out a 20 page questionnaire but never received an appointment reminder. I then called and was informed my appointment was never scheduled. The lady did schedule another appointment for 830 the next morning,I filed out the 20 page questionnaire again to find out the doctor decided to cancel my appointment 20 min before the schedule time. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and it was an over all terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Hi. We apologize for what happened with your situation. Pennsylvania is a new state that we are offering services in and unfortunately not all of our prescribers are able to provide controlled substances in this state. We are working to improve our process for this. We didn't want you to pay for a visit and not get the medication you needed, this was the reason for the cancellation. We apologize for this and we hope to improve this process in the future.
