I double-checked some features with them between ordering and delivery and they responded within an hour. The laptop is so good I ordered another one for my husband but forgot to stipulate the physical size needed. When it came and was too small, I contacted them and they immediately sent me a return label at no charge. They also had a different laptop fitting my needs.
