These people are scammers. They got me when I mistyped a domain name and they popped up on chat with me pretending they were from the site I meant to go to. I gave them remote access to my PC -like a dummy- and of course they said my PC had all types of viruses and I needed to pay them to fix. So I called the website I intended to go to and they said they were unfamiliar w/ this company and that I shouldn't have talked to them. Who knows what viruses they put in my computer or what info they stole while they had access. Don't be naive like me!

Every time they call (about every 6 months) they tell me I have to pay for an update of yet another "important" product on my screen. Most recently I fell for an update (they are all "for life") I was told it would expire that night and I wouldn't be able to use my computer if I didn't upgrade. When I came to work to ask my IT guy he didn't know anything about this product. It's always priced in US $$ but I have to pay CDN $$ and through the nose exchange. This all began from me having trouble downloading a printer driver and called through Canon Canada and got this US company. Not happy about that. Had enough!

Tek Wire is awesome in their service. The staff is very, very knowledgeable and courteous. I have had a few security services and by far this is the best. I would recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

I bought my virus protection from them until the point where my speed deteriorated. They called me from India and advised they were having trouble sending updates. I let them remote in, thinking they could resolve the problem. They ran a scan and showed me that all of my Win 10 drivers had expired. They offered to sell me a permanent operating system 10 license. That is when I realized I had been scammed from the very beginning. I consulted with a local expert, and he told me that they installed all the pirated software. They have installed permanent connecting software that can access my computer even if I am not in front of it. Now I am too worried about my credentials.

Every single time they call, they ask for money. Again they told me my computer is having a lot of viruses and unauthorized users are accessing my financial information. Now I don't want any kind of services from them. Thank you for fooling me.
