Stealing money from an elderly man is reprehensible and the fact that they called him multiple times to get money from him is even worse. It's elder financial abuse.

I told the guy on the phone I don't have $299 for your service. He said it would be 1/2 that Im a senior citizen. I still don't have that kind of money and then all of a sudden if I wait till next month it will be full price. BS the hard sales from your company is crap. I don't appreciate this in any form. I don't do business with people who pull this crap.mot sure why they want more information from me or to work on my computer when supposedly my contract is over. When and if I want to do business with a company going forward I certainly won’t put up with a hard sale or it’s this price today so if you wait the price doubles. If I was rich or made of money just maybe I wouldn’t be angry so if I could give a less than one star rating I would. If I’m correct the person I spoke with was Alex.

They seemed great at first, but after hours on the phone and online with Microsoft I learned they were scamming me all along. They sold me updates I didn't need, and made updates to my system without my knowledge or permission. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS! They're not as nice as they pretend to be.

This company is scary. They wiped out my bank accounts and now I have huge problems paying bills and accessing my money because it's gone through Zelle payments drawn by Hailyn Tejeda. Don't give them access to your screen to "make your devices safe". Take your devices to Apple, Best Buy, Dell or other reputable company.
