Outstanding Support from Craig Mikaelson!
I had a frightening experience when scammers posing as an IT company gained remote access to my computer, charged me money. Thankfully, I reached out for help, and Craig Mikaelson provided exceptional support. Craig immediately took charge of the situation, installed essential security updates. Craig also went above and beyond by updating my company details on a notepad and printing them out for me, which was a thoughtful and helpful touch. After checking for any third-party remote access applications and suspicious files, he deleted everything unnecessary. Not only did Craig secure my system, but he also took the time to educate me on how to identify fraudulent calls and emails. He explained the benefits of my free monthly updates and how they would keep my system safe going forward. I’m incredibly grateful for Craig’s professionalism, thoroughness, and dedication to resolving my issue. I feel much more confident and secure now, and I highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable and expert tech support! Thank you again, Craig!

One stop shop for anything computer related
I have been with Tek Wire for approximately 5 years. They are amazing! I have an older laptop that they keep in tip top shape through their monthly remote-in tune ups. There has not been a single issue that they have not been able to resolve. I cannot image what I would have paid to a local store for the same service. You will not find a better company than these guys. Thank you Tek Wire!
