I would give it 0 stars - AVOID - keeps taking your money despite us having cancelled the subscription, they have your card details saved and even after cancellation they charged us twice over 2 months! refunds took 2 weeks where they keep kicking it back and forth, very inefficient

Avoid! This doesn't work and will cost you a fortune!
Our ad spend almost doubled £3.5k a month to £7k a month) with no increase in sales. We ended up being charged way more than we thought due to some small print. Took us 3 months to get back control of our adverts and bring the ACOS back down (Our overall ACOS went from 15% to 40% under Teikametrics!)

Teikametrics scammed my company out of $5,723.43What went wrong with Teikametrics was…
What went wrong with Teikametrics was primarily the lack of support and communication during a critical period. After onboarding, my representative went on vacation, leaving me without assistance when I needed guidance. By the time she returned, we had a conversation about their offerings which I was no longer interested, I had lost interest in their offerings. This misalignment led to a financial loss of $5,723.43 still trying to come out of the hole from money being taken.
To improve, Teikametrics should ensure that every client has access to dedicated support throughout the onboarding process, regardless of individual representative availability. Implementing a clear communication plan and providing interim support during absences could prevent misunderstandings. Additionally, the company should enhance transparency around cancellation and billing policies, ensuring that clients are fully aware of any charges and that refunds are processed promptly, especially for small business owners who rely on these funds for their operations. Ensuring better support and clarity would significantly enhance the user experience and build trust with clients.
*July 30th 2025 Teikametrics reached out to Hydr8 Organics;
Hi Lalonie,
Firstly, thank you again for taking the time to speak with me today. I truly appreciate the opportunity to hear your concerns directly, and I’m deeply sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by your experience. It’s clear that we let you down, and I take that very seriously.
While the incident occurred nearly 11 months ago—making it difficult for me to take retroactive action with our finance team due to the way our accounting records are closed—I want you to know that I remain committed to making things right in any way I can.
The Trustpilot review you left is meaningful and has real consequences for us. As a founder who is personally working hard to improve our customer experience and rebuild trust, I can tell you that each negative review has a significant impact—not only on our team morale, but also on the long-term growth of our business. Your review, though understandable, reflects a situation that is no longer representative of how we operate today. That’s why I’m reaching out with this sincere request:
If you would consider removing the review, I’d like to offer a $250 Amazon Gift Card as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation. I realize this won’t undo the past, but I hope it reflects our seriousness in making amends and underscores how much we value your voice.
Additionally, if you’re open to it, I’d love to help your brand in a more tangible way. I reviewed your listings briefly and noticed some opportunities to optimize content and imagery. If you can share your monthly Amazon and Walmart volumes, ad spend, and growth goals for 2025, I’d be happy to offer some strategic recommendations. No strings attached—just support from someone who wants to see you succeed.
Thank you again for your candor, your time, and your consideration.
Warm regards,
Alasdair
Hydr8 Organics Response
Hello Alasdair,
I appreciate you taking the time to discuss the situation at hand. I also appreciate the offer of a $250 gift card and your willingness to provide recommendations based on the information I send you.
The money taken from me, leaving only $18 in return, is not Teikametrics' money; it is Hydr8 Organics' money. Your accounting records do not relate to the funds owed to my company, regardless of how long it takes to receive them.
I will keep detailed records of what happened; no company should have to experience this.
Trustpilot reviews reflect people's experiences. I would have been more detailed, but due to character limits, I couldn't express the full extent of the situation.
I was excited to meet you, assuming you genuinely cared about your company and its representation. I was willing to take the review down, but Alasdair, you have insulted me by taking $5,723.43 and offering me a gift card of $250 along with recommendations for my business.
If nothing else, ensuring that people are aware of what could happen before doing business with Teikametrics is important to me, so they can make informed decisions when choosing to engage with your company.
Please continue to improve customer experience and rebuild trust. Remember that your team is only as good as you. It's essential to ensure that you're running your company correctly—the oil flows from the head down. When you truly care and do what's right, others will follow; if not, your company will reflect those choices.
No amount of money can buy good character, and at the end of our lives, the impact we've had on others is all that will remain.

Poor agency support
Our agency had a profoundly disappointing experience with Teikametrics, marked by severe onboarding challenges and significant performance deterioration. The account manager who initially signed us unexpectedly departed on the very day we were scheduled to begin our onboarding process. This sudden exit created a prolonged delay, resulting in a highly disorganized and suboptimal onboarding experience that set the stage for ongoing frustrations.
While the onboarding manager assigned to our account demonstrated a good grasp of the platform's technical functionalities, he was clearly stretched thin and lacked the bandwidth to provide meaningful strategic support. Crucially, we received minimal guidance regarding best practices, and virtually no assistance in transitioning our brands from our previous ad-tech platform to Teikametrics. This oversight left us feeling unsupported and significantly impeded our ability to leverage the platform effectively.
Most troublingly, the switch to Teikametrics coincided with an immediate and severe drop in advertising performance across all five of our managed brands. Efficiency metrics plummeted, with some accounts experiencing as much as a 500% increase in ACOS overnight, devastating profitability and causing considerable stress to our clients and internal team alike. This decline starkly illustrated the inadequacy of the onboarding process and the platform’s inability to deliver as promised.
Despite multiple attempts to reinitiate onboarding and reset our strategies, the Teikametrics team consistently failed to provide insightful recommendations or any strategic support that could reverse these damaging trends. Eventually, we discontinued our use of the platform entirely. Remarkably, our performance improved significantly when we reverted to manually managing ads through Amazon's native ad manager, underscoring Teikametrics' inability to enhance, or even maintain, our existing performance levels. We strongly recommend caution when considering Teikametrics for strategic ad management.

Terrible App
Terrible App
Developers don't understand how Amazon PPC works or Amazon's algorithm.
The smart optimization is terrible, I have never used an app as bad as this one.
Also, when I canceled the service, they still send me monthly notifications asking for money.
It's terrible that I can't vote 0*
