Decent but doesn't work for me
EDIT: I had an issue and the customer service was responsive, friendly, and they made things right. Very much appreciated! Seems like a well-built product, but it's completely flat, so the toe area is elevated. If your shoe isn't completely flat then this insert will be uncomfortable. I think this fact should be stated up-front.

Hi Dear Customer, You’re right, we should make this clearer. Normally, in the second photo of the product listing, the bottom section shows which types of shoes this insole can be worn with, but it seems like it may not be emphasized enough. If you’d like, instead of the rigid flat insole, we can send you our Arch Support Insole, which has a semi-rigid carbon fiber insole free of charge so you can try it.
