I accidently ordered the wrong insole. Customer service was very quick to respond and refund. I have had the correct insoles about a week and have been extremely happy, I have had numerous ankle surgeries and now have very painful plantar fascitis. The insole with firm high support has been so helpful at reducing my pain quite a bit. I've tried many brands, this has been the best by far. Thank you

Great customer service

After struggling with a very challenging stress fracture from marathon training, it was recommended that I try using carbon fiber inserts...I started with the rigid and moved to the semi-rigid as I was able to get back to trail running and soccer. These things are a life-saver!! I've got one in every left shoe--dog walking, trail shoes, cleats, indoor turf shoes! I have not had to change the size if my shoe, just loosen the laces. What a game-changer!!

These insoles are the perfect solution for me. I have recurring stress fractures of my feet due to osteoporosis. I need to wear shoes with a rigid sole to prevent my foot from rolling. These inserts are thin so they don't change the fit of the shoe while providing the rigid support I need. They allow me to safely wear the comfortable shoes I have. I'm grateful!
