I placed an order for 6 syringes for Carbamide Peroxide gel on the 6th November which I paid £54.99p.The day after I placed the order they sent me an email that my order has been dispatched until now there is no sign of my order.I sent them more than 7 emails I received no reply from them.Please someone out there help me with my order and how can they get away with it.I am very disappointed with this company I shall not purchase from them.

This site is a complete scam. I ordered and when my transaction went through it seemed really odd. It wasn't the normal process with the bank. I got an email which made it look legitimate but that is where it ends. No product sent and no way of contacting these people. I range the New York number and a Indian man answered and told me I had rung France and he knew nothing of this company. The UK number goes to a voice mail everytime. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered teeth whitening trays for top and bottom teeth. When the product arrived i found that the trays were stuck together making it impossible to breath therefore impossible to use. Both the image and text were completely misleading and when i tried to contact them both by telephone and email they completely ignored me. Do not buy from this website!

Products ordered via website never arrived. They claim to have 'a huge customer service team dedicated to on line support' however none of my numerous emails were answered. Neither was there any answer to telephone calls (all went straight to a BT answerphone), or anyone ever available for on-line chat. I also tried several times to message them directly via the website. I'm now hoping my bank will help claim some money back for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Ordered £25.99 worth of gel. Used temporary PayPal to verify payment details and entered my address. Received confirmation of my order, but quoting an old address. Emailed them immediately to say DON'T SEND IT THERE PLEASE! Gave them my correct address. An hour later I received another e mail confirming dispatch TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Rang numerous times - straight to voicemail. No repsonse to any efforts on my behalf. I note their most recent news dates back to 2012 and the (glowing) customer feedback on the site is undated. Quote from their site "We do however have a huge customer service team dedicated to online enquiries who can deal with your enquiry promptly via email."............ Really????

Placed an order and very quickly got an email telling that it had been dispatched. A week later, as nothing arrived I emailed them asking if they could advice about a likely delivery date. No reply. Tried their phone line - no reply, switches to voice mail straight away. Sent many more written communication via their web form, no reply. Raised a case with Paypal and a few days later my order arrives ! Still no communication...
