I haven’t received my equipment.

Update 09/15/2026 After working with support, we successfully fixed the issues! It turns out the problem was mainly due to missing documentation and my own understanding of the equipment. The good news is, the solution is quite simple. For those wondering, the Bluetooth used by exercise equipment isn't the same as what we use on our phones and tablets. What is needed is a “bridge” program that can convert between the two Bluetooth protocols. Once I had that info and found a “bridge” app in the app store, I could send my heart rate data from my watch to the bike. After several days of use and troubleshooting, the bike truly deserves 5 stars. Support was also great and deserves the same response. Original After over 25 years, I needed a new exercise bike. My old DiamondBack was worn out, and parts were no longer available. I spent a year researching exercise equipment, from cheap pedal bikes to high-end recliner bikes with large displays. I decided on a recumbent elliptical. I found the Teeter FreeStyle LT7 online; it was reasonably priced, had good features, strong reviews, and looked easy on my joints. I spoke with support before ordering and received it the next day. It arrived in two boxes: one with the main frame, bolts, seat parts, and instructions, and another with the electronics and other seat parts. Everything was protected in foam and tightly packed. The total shipping weight was over 150 lbs, so I used a heavy-duty cart to move it. I spent a few hours unpacking and organizing the parts; it was messy, but it kept them scuff-free during shipping. Everything arrived in perfect shape. I spent the next day assembling the unit. The instructions and YouTube videos helped me complete the assembly easily. After a few weeks of use, I’m surprised and slightly concerned about a few design features. The frame and exercise resistance are fantastic. The solid frame and quiet operation make it suitable for any time of day or night, without disturbing anyone. The display is ideal, with a nice size and key values for tracking steps, resistance, and time. It’s bright and includes a clip for holding a phone or tablet while riding. The unit is silent during operation, allowing you to watch TV. Beeps are minimal. Overall, the frame construction and display looked good. The Teeter LT7 has connectivity issues with smartwatches and other Bluetooth heart rate devices. Despite attempts to pair my Apple Watch Series 11, Teeter heart rate monitor, and Coospo heart rate armband, only the Teeter Chest Heart Rate Monitor connects briefly before disconnecting. All other devices can’t find the LT7 in their Bluetooth scan lists. Articles on connecting to the LT7 are for other firmware levels or displays, but the Teeter Console App can connect to the display, indicating communication is working. A Bluetooth scanner on my phone can see the Bluetooth parameter list. Despite trying various methods, The seat back could be improved. My old Diamond Back had a breathable, cool woven seat back. The LT7’s seat is nice but needs a cloth covering to wick away sweat. A woven seat back would be a great upgrade. In summary, my final comments are: - Connectivity issues with smartwatches and other Bluetooth heart rate devices. (Corrected mid-September) - A woven seat back would be a great upgrade. The LT7 is a sturdy device with a large display and comfortable seat, making it a great choice for basic at-home exercise. It’s durable, quiet, and offers various options to create a great exercise workspace. The powerful and easy-to-use display panel provides basic exercise facts. Finally, the LT7 is a great device for basic exercise, with a sturdy frame and friendly customer service. (Note: These are my findings, and I have not been reimbursed by Teetger nor given equipment for my review time.)

The Teeter is a game changer! I had one for a few years but lost it in The Eaton Fire in January 2025. It took a year and eight months to settle into a new home and I can tell you that I really missed my daily alignment and stretching that the Teeter delivers. Let's hope that this one lasts forever!! They are built so well and it's an amazing tool for anyone. Thank you!

The Teeter inversion table is a good piece of equipment that is easily assembled, and is easily collapsed for storage. It makes hanging upside down like Grandpa Munster a breeze.

In the first three months of use I had to replace the control panel because it malfunctioned (the unit would not unlock) open up the unit to reconnect the locking cable and now I’m having more issues with the unit not locking. This will be my third call to customer service for help. Customer service has been responsive but I’m questioning the quality of this product and my purchase.
