Hi Steven, we're sorry for the frustration! We offer different Lumbar Bridge designs because our FitSpine and ComforTrak beds have different shapes and attachment systems, not to sell more accessories. It looks like the ComforTrak version was ordered by mistake, but no worries! Our Customer Care team is reaching out to help get the correct Lumbar Bridge for your X1 sent your way. We completely understand your frustration - after spending that much time on the original assembly and then installing the replacement, you should be able to enjoy your FreeStep, not continue troubleshooting it. We’re sorry the product wasn’t what you expected, but we do want to clarify one important point for anyone reading this review. Teeter does not advertise this product as motorized or electrically powered, nor do we make any claims suggesting that it is. Like rowing machines generally, it is intentionally user-powered - the resistance against your own movement is what provides the exercise - and its operation is described and demonstrated throughout our product information and videos. We take concerns about misleading advertising seriously, but we’re not sure where the expectation of a motorized product came from and would be happy to review anything you saw that gave you that impression. If the product simply isn’t the right fit for you, our Customer Care team can also assist with your return options.

Sorry for the wait! We reached out on August 27 to let you know your DEX II was expected to ship September 1, and followed up with your tracking information on September 4.
