Im in the 1st stage choosing your company. I have been burned too many times and still hope for success. My question is not if you are the cheapest, but what fees can I expect on each and every single order of a fixed price to purchaser of $50.00. Let's assume an order is $50.00 United States Hollywood, California, the next order nothing changes but location Washington D.C., finally last order same as other two but shipped to Laredo. Texas. Please assume wright, and size same as well and no hurry up orders. Thanks for your reply.

Customer service is awesome but I wish they had more options of products that are made/shipped from Canada for Canadian sellers.

I've been using teelaunch for well over a year. Everything I've gotten or sent out has been excellent. Recently I had a customer that needed some custom team shirts for a conference they were attending. Like most customers they needed it yesterday. I got the shirts designed and the order placed. I contacted Christopher at teelaunch to see about a rush option on the order. They don't have a rush service but he would see what he could do. Less than 12 hours later the shirts were printed and waiting to be picked up by the shipping company. The customer had their shirts in time to wear them at their conference. Christopher and the teelaunch went out of their way to make sure I could keep my customer happy. For a small business like mine, that makes a huge impact on my reputation. I can't express how much I appreciate everything they did for me

Updated Review: I wanted to update my review as Teelaunch has redone their entire printing image guidelines and their print quality seems to be significantly better. I have not had any customer complaints for quality issues since their update. The only thing that keeps me from using this company exclusively for my business is that there are VERY limited colors for children´s shirts, and I get a lot of requests for purple and pink colors. Original Review: The print quality of this shirt was so low. The edges were blurred and it looked more like airbrush than print. The black was fuzzy and more of a grey, the white was blurry.

After changing from one fulfillment company to another teelaunch has made the switch so easy for my team and myself. I want to thank you for the great customer service and the live chat feature is great to solve any issues that come up during the day/night. After about 200 orders with only one order going out incorrectly teelaunch sent my customer a replacement free of charge with great turn around time. Happy customers happy life. Thank you teelaunch.
