I just received my parcel today and I was so angry and disappointed to see that only the phone case did arrive and not the T-shirt. This is completely unacceptable! It is the first time I have such a bad experience with online ordering.

This was the first time I had used this company and the T shirt I ordered didn't arrive when I was expecting it to. Contacted the company and they quickly reassured me that the goods were in transit and if it didn't arrive by a certain date they would be on the case. I felt that they had taken ownership of the problem, which gave me confidence as I was buying from abroad. In the end the T shirt arrived in the timeframe I was given and the quality of the product was excellent and good value for money.
