I purchased a Tee for my husband for Father’s Day over a month ago. No one will respond where the tee is. They have my money and now will not answer my calls, emails or messenger on their FB page.

Placed confirmed order on 12/13/2019 allowing for more than sufficient time for shipping and arrival of gifts by Christmas. NO communications from the company. NO explanations from the company. No updates from the company. NO notifications received from their customer service. Order was not shipped out until 12/23/2019 ten (10) days after they confirmed receiving the order. Order is now not expected to arrive until 12/30/2019 - obviously too late as Christmas gifts. VERY DISAPPOINTING ! DO NOT place orders with this company unless you don’t care if or when you may receive what you paid for. They talk a good game. They’ll take your money today without hesitation, but will they follow through and promptly deliver. NO !! There are several other more reliable and professional company’s to buy from. The site is not trustworthy! It is hard to navigate and tends to be miss-leading. I discovered that I had accidentally ordered two shirts of the same size and color and tried to immediately cancel one of the orders. My request was denied because, they said, my order was already in production. This happened at 11 PM on a Sunday night. Really? Do not use this site! It is mostly a scam.

Customer Service is THE WORST! The t-shirt is fine, but it came a week after the event that I needed it for!!!! There wasn't an obvious place to do rush shipping so I ordered it and then went back 25 minutes later to cancel it and redo it with the rush shipping option I finally found. It was a Friday so it said to contact them on Monday, but Monday it was in printing and I couldn't cancel it. I tried the online chat button and they didn't chat for 20 minutes and I was already back at work. I tried the email and got no help at all. So now I have a nice t-shirt with a date on it for an event that is over. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
