Really poor service as I was not able to amend an order and there are no returns policy. I would not recommend this vendor. Product quality for $25 is also really disappointing.

And the company refused to accept that. They don’t even provide proper sizing for the tee shirts so u can properly order the correct size. Worse experience I have ever had. Bought a shirt 3 months ago and still haven't received it even though they said it shipped. Safe to say that this site is a complete fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I gave an order to teefrost at 2021-04-17, payed nearly $100 at the same date and did not receive any shirt until to date. In May I asked for the shirts and got the answer they are in time. But teefrost does not have any clue where the package is. I should wait, the shirts will come until 2021-06-16. I stayed paciently but nothing arrived. Today, 2021-06-16, I asked teefrost to send my money back. Hopefully they will do.

Don’t bother with this company, the item that you pay for is nothing like the one the advertise, cheap crappy fabric, sizing nothing like the chart, just not worth it

Barely give this company 1 star - I too ordered a teeshirt for Father's Day. Charged my card immediately and as of today 7/29 nothing....crickets...I have reached out numerous times with no updated information on shipping and the status when I call for an update has said my order will ship in 5 days - same status for over 3 weeks. They will not issues a refund. Worst online shopping experience ever and they blame everything on COVID 19. Joke!
