T-shirt were of adequate quality for the initial purchase cost, but the company didn't add enough postage on the delivery so I had to pay £11 to get them our of the post office hands!!

THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE I always buy stuff online from many different online shopping websites.and I dont usually face problems with shipping and delivery I ordered one mug and 1 t-shirt back in April. It took me 1 month to know that the shipment got lost despite the fact that I received an email confirming that i received the order and asking for my feedback. I contacted the support million times, but unfortunately i always get a response which i think is a script (Copy/Paste, then change the name) and the funny thing is that I received more than 10 emails and from 10 different names. I am not sure how can this be real. I asked for my money back and that was not an option. The only option provided was to issue a reprint and send it again. They asked for my address again to confirm and |I wrote back all the required details. Guess what !!! I Received another email telling me that the items were received and asking for my feed back ... AGAIN!!! This thing has been ongoing since April and not solved yet. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM TEECOSI AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE, IN FACT I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO WARN PEOPLE FROM FALLING IN THE SAME TRAP!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a tee shirt from Teecosi. I am very pleased with the shirt and the quality. The printing time was short and the mailed product arrived quickly.
