Mask are unacceptable. Thin and offer no protection for the wearer or the people around them. Do not buy these masks unless you are reckless with safety of yourself and others. Definitely not worth the price. These guys are cons.

I had ordered 3 different masks 1 out of 3 was incorrect. I contacted Teecosi and true to their word they shipped out the correct mask. The orders came in a timely manner. The masks seem a little thinner than I thought they would be. The puppy prints are awesome. Received a lot of great compliments. Sure seems to cheer up people especially during these times of Corona virus.

I had no other choice to choose except 1 star since there is no options for negative ones. I ordered a T-shirt since the 10th of June 2020 that i never received until now. Even after raising a claim, the reprint order stopped at a point and never moved again. I couldn't get my money back nor getting proper answers about my order. Simply it's a very bad experience deeling with them.

Do not bother, spent £31 on 2 masks that didn't arrive, no response from Teecosi and this is 2 months old.

I've ordered two t-shirts on 10th of June, still didn't recieve it. Now trying to get my money back...do not buy anything here.

Ordered 5 masks. Received 4 without elastic bands to hold on face. In order to show damaged masks, you have to upload on claim form. I have no way to upload. I could send it by my phone. The support department is a computer and would not answer my request. There goes $53.00 I will never get back.

I ordered 2 t-shirts and it took a very very long time to be shipped. When finally arrived I got only one shirt with its print all faded. I filled in a customer complaint but was responded that the other shirt is on its way. No regard to the defective shirt. Filled a complaint re the defective shirt 3 more times and was bluntly disregarded with an automatic reply along the lines of "we checked you complaint. Nothing is wrong with us." I would recommend you NOT to buy anything from this company. Spare you cash and nerves.

I ordered 2 shirts from teecozi.It took a very long time for the shirts to even ship.When they finally arrived one of my shirts clearly had large red ink stains on the sleeves,collar and in a perfect square around the graphic on the shirt.It was obviously defective.Anyone packing the shirt had to notice it.I tried to contact customer service on the website but the form doesn't work.I called customer service and the prompts were inapplicable and didn't work when I selected them anyway.I want a refund for this shirt.
