It’s made well and they got it to me fast

Garbage customer service!!!! Order a holiday gift on 11/20/20 and receive the order on 12/13/20 after a $6.99 shipping fee the order was INCORRECT. The number that is supplied is disconnected and the email response that I received was to send an additional $16.99 for them to ship the correct order in time for the holiday. NEVER AGAIN HORRENDOUS IN EVERY REGARD !!!!!

The at T-shirt was well made and the print clear. The size was a little smaller than we thought for A size large. However, it will do,a new our granddaughter will love it. And, the communications Responses to our questions when asked Thank you.

Ho acquistato due articoli in data 1 ottobre, consegnati il 9 novembre. Leggendo le recensioni sapevo che c avrebbero messo 1 mese quindi mi sono messa il cuore in pace. Tutte le mail che mi sono arrivate sono state precise nel comunicarmi i vari stadi di avanzamento del prodotto fino all'arrivo in italia, poi viene gestito da poste italiane e purtroppo non si può più rintracciare fino a che suona il campanello il postino. Stampe bellissime!!

Tempi di consegna un po' lunghi, ma considerato il periodo covid, non è il problema principale. Quello che mi ha veramente deluso è la qualità dei materiali e, soprattutto, delle stampe. Definire queste ultime pessime è già generoso. Sono quasi sicuro che diventeranno invisibili al terzo lavaggio. Addirittura una stampa su una felpa non si vede già ora: in foto le scritte si leggevano, ma evidentemente in produzione non capiscono che se si scrive con lo stesso tono di grigio della felpa la scritta non si legge. Primo e ultimo acquisto. Statene lontani.

I received my coton de tulear "l'm hearing" tee shirts in a timely manner. I love the quality and customer service doesn't leave the purchaser in limbo. They kept me in the loop from my initial order until I received my merchandise. Kudos!!!
