TeeanimalsReviews of teeanimals.com

The absolute worst !! Paid $70 for two pair of womens leggings, received one pair and they maintain I received two ?? Size LG would not fit a 6 year old. I ordered due to the leggings having German Shepherds on them. Multiple emails to no avail. They also will not give a phone number. They should be in jail. Crooks, BIG TIME !!

I cannot believe I am still dealing with this company. In November I ordered a shirt. When It arrived it had a word misspelled. After many emails and loads of claim #'s, I finally received another shirt today, Dec. 21. IT ARRIVED WITH THE SAME MISSPELLED WORD. I can't find a phone number to call so I am now calling my credit card company to see what can be done. NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH TEEANIMALS~!

If I could give this company less than one star I would. This is a HORRIBLE company and DO NOT order from them. I placed an order on November 4th and when I had not received my package by November 26th (well after the 10 days) I requested my order be cancelled since they failed to meet their commitment. They were quick to respond to tell me they could not offer a refund because my order was being processed but that it would be shipped soon. On DECEMBER 8th when my order still had not been received I contacted the company again and they told me my order had been lost. I again asked for my order to be cancelled and they told me they could not cancel the order. I then asked for a PHONE NUMBER for management, and surprise- my last SIX emails have gone unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am not sure how they are able to be in business pulling things like this.. but, please do not give them any more business.

We ordered on November 23 paid nearly $70.00 dollars on 2 sweatshirts. Teeanimals stated that the order would be shipped in 5-10 business days. Here it is Dec 7, 2018 (11 business days). Just got confirmation order Dec 5, 2018 shows it was shipped BUT DHL SHOWS IT NOT ARRIVING UNTIL DEC 11, 2018 ((( 13 DAYS ))).. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Although I paid nearly $50 for a hoody on Nov 11th, it never arrived. I contacted "Teeanimals" multiple times and was told someone would be in contact "soon." They finally contacted me and told me that their carrier said that it had been delivered so no refund, no replacement. I had explained that I'm retired, home all day and have an enclosed porch. I have NEVER had a package stolen and I have never had one lost - in 2018 I have had 98 packages delivered safely by Amazon alone. I suggest that anyone considering business with this company think again.

Doesn't deserve a rating. I own a business and do not understand the terrible customer service. I ordered a medium shirt and got a large. Tried several times to e-mail,chat...no such things with this company. How they stay in business I don't know. A dozen people saw the shirt and wanted to order. With the problems I have had they won't. Wish I would have read the ratings before I ever ordered from them.

Cancelled the order with no notification or explanation. Did not respond to customer feedback when requested. Untrustworthy.

Horrible! I placed an order and part of it was missing. CHAT was a joke, after 4 minute wait "Alex" did not read my comments. He kept telling me it was shipped, giving zero attention to missing article. Refused to refund for missing. BUYER BEWARE.
