I accidentally ordered 2 shirts. I tried to cancel and received an email this morning as to how to cancel. I tried and the response I got was it has already gone to print. Even though they got my cancelation notice. I can't find a way to call or to write anything in a comment box. sorry I ordered from this company and I won't do it again

They just can't seem to print what I ordered. They have tried 3 times to get it right but unfortunately they don't seem to read what I say is wrong and they don't read the order form as what I receive is nothing like what I ordered. I now give up and just say waste of money

Sad, sad, sad... Ordered a shirt, and expected it to look like what was advertised. A seemingly novel concept in the day of e-commerce... After receiving product, it was clearly not what was advertised. Image was huge, and totally out of place. Customer service was quick to reprint and send again, which is admirable. What do you know, they sent the exact same shirt again. Truly is a shame as they sell some kind of neat stuff, but what good is it if they can't send the right stuff to the consumer a.k.a, THE ONES WHO PAY FOR YOUR PRODUCT?! You guys need to get all your stuff in the same sock and deliver what you advertise! Will not attempt another venture with this company, I've got better things to do with my time. I'm reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission, they serve no one's good interests. Maybe snapfish can make it happen for the win.

Product was of good quality, however the sizing is way off. Usually take a size 1x so sized up to a 2x to be safe. When it arrived, I tried it on and it was very snug...like, squash the boobs snug. I checked their site to see what the return policy was, and there is NO RETURN POLICY on site. Tried to contact live chat....Live chat option is horrible. I tried this option twice and both times I was on hold for over 25 minutes. On line support got back to me fairly quickly. Found out that their is a NO RETURN POLICY due to merchandise being custom made. I don't see where this t-shirt was custom made. It was a purple shirt with an image printed on it. An image that was advertised. I ordered another t-shirt that was PERSONALIZED with my niece's name. Again, shirt not true to size. However, they had no problem refunding my money and also told me to keep the shirt. Not allowing your customer to return for another size is plain bad business. If you plan on using this company, make sure that you size way up because their shirts are not true to size and you will not be able to return it for another size. I will not be doing business with them again.

I ordered a 'catvengers' tank back on the 14th of October, after a long one month wait it finally arrived today and I am so UNSATISFIED with the quality of the print. The Print is blury, you can not even read the text as its the same colour as the background and also blury, there's even a missprint of the names of the characters. After contacting the company I have been told its as per the advertising so they will not help. Lost a customer today, very very disappointing!

Shirt is as rough as sand paper. Hope washing it helps or I just wasted $30. Update 8/24/17: Washed it multiple times, not as rough but still not a shirt I will wear a lot due to the feel of the fabric.
