Our stringent security checks are there to protect customers from online fraud., This sometimes means payments cannot be processed without further verification. To assist us with verifying your identity, we may ask for an image of your photographic ID, such as a driving licence or a passport, as well as a copy of the card used to pay for this transaction. Any documents we receive are deleted as soon as we verify your identity and are never shared with any third parties other than the police in the event of genuine fraud. You can of course confirm this verbally with a member of our customer service team who can be contacted via [email protected] Paying by PayPal is often a more secure way to pay due to the additional layers of security it employs to verify user identity.
