New application process burdensome
I have been with Techinsurance for many years. I have found them recently increasing putting the burden on me for items I believe that they should be handling. And premiums have not been going down either. I believe the products that they offer are good, but I have had no claims in the many years I’ve been with them, so I really don’t know how the policy would perform if I had a claim.

No one actually contacted me about my…
No one actually contacted me about my policy. Everything was done through email without any human contact. I don't like this because I am simply asked to agree to a policy that could have changed without my knowledge.
