This order went well.

After I received my computer I took it out of the box and turned it to get it all set-up. It went smoothly and was super excited to use it. Everything went great until 2 days later the computer got stuck with the message "Please wait while we install a system update". I called customer service but they were already closed which was fine. I was able to get it to boot up after holding down the power button for a few cycles. I was a happy camper until I shut my computer down, when I turned it back on the same screen appeared. I tried doing the same thing as before but it would not boot up. I called on Monday after not being able to use my computer all weekend. Tech gave me the instructions that I had already preformed and nothing. They said that they can refund my money but that doesn't help me, I ordered this computer for a new job that I was starting and now I'm stuck. Between FedEx screwing up my delivery and getting me my computer 5 days late (no fault of Tech for less) and then this problem I used the computer for less than 12 hours. Kind of disappointed.

This is my third purchase from Tech for Less and once again I am completely happy with my purchase. It is exactly as described, was a terrific 'buy" , was shipped promptly and was extremely well packaged. I recommend Tech for Less wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to buy from them again
