Too many pop ups should be much simpler

Process to purchase scratch and dent items is very cumbersome and confusing. Not an easy process to complete my order

I would have given a 5 star but the first tv remote received was used and broken, when I ordered a open box one. But I talked to an excellent customer service representative named, I think her name was Heather, but not sure, she told me she would call the warehouse and make sure I get what I ordered. She did that and I commend her, the second remote still had factory plastic on it. That girl needs a raise in my book. 5-star on customer service and the second remote.

Didn't include power supply that normally comes with docking station.

I called and got some recording about a free Walmart gift card then I was shuttled to some guy in India. Who hung up on me. I will try to call tomorrow. Not feeling hopeful.

The quality of the keyboard did not appear to be of good quality. Also, I need not realize it had a cord.

I struggled to get through the final screens as a guest.

The laptop showed a lot of use, scratches on the cover, keys had wear on the letters. Also, it runs really slow, for an I7 with 16gb of memory. My old dual core is actually faster at starting excel and opening file.. Really disappointed...
