Best prices on the net. Tech 4 Less has a great web site that is easy to navigate and if a return is needed, it's easy as 1, 2. 3 I love the open box options they offer. I have purchased from Tech 4 Less for 15 years and they always stand behind everything they sell. All my friends love shopping at Tech 4 Less!!

I would highly recommend this company if you were looking for electronics.

I would have given a 5 star but the first tv remote received was used and broken, when I ordered a open box one. But I talked to an excellent customer service representative named, I think her name was Heather, but not sure, she told me she would call the warehouse and make sure I get what I ordered. She did that and I commend her, the second remote still had factory plastic on it. That girl needs a raise in my book. 5-star on customer service and the second remote.

I bought an open boxed laptop , against my every gut feeling telling me not to. An almost $800 laptop and it’s completely useless! It shuts off and doesn’t detect the charger sometimes what kind of crud is that?!? I was so excited to get it and I am beyond disappointed. I’ve had other Lenovo’s before so I know it’s not them. Smh

Computer got here quick - placed my order last weekend online and it tried to deliver Thursday which was quick considering recent shipping issues. Only minor problem was it required a signature and we weren't here and got it Friday instead. Thank you!
